UA EASI-LS Capsule is a powerful gastro-prokinetic and anti-ulcer combination designed to provide rapid and sustained relief from acid reflux, heartburn, dyspepsia, and other upper gastrointestinal disorders. The synergistic action of Esomeprazole and Levosulpiride helps in both acid suppression and enhancement of gastric motility, ensuring long-lasting comfort.

Indications

UA EASI-LS Capsule is indicated for:

Mechanism of Action

 

Esomeprazole (20 mg)

• A proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in the gastric parietal cells.
• Provides rapid and sustained acid control, promoting mucosal healing and symptom relief.

 

Levosulpiride (75 mg)

 

• A dopamine D₂-receptor antagonist with prokinetic and antiemetic properties.
• Enhances gastrointestinal motility by increasing acetylcholine release, improving gastric emptying and reducing reflux symptoms.

Safety Information

• Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation unless prescribed.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.
• Avoid alcohol and smoking during treatment.
