Product Overview

UA DOL-SP Tablet is a powerful combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase, formulated to provide rapid and sustained relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with various musculoskeletal and post-traumatic conditions.

It is designed to ensure fast onset of action, enhanced patient compliance, and reduced gastrointestinal side effects compared to conventional NSAIDs.

Composition (Per Tablet)

• Aceclofenac – 100 mg
• Paracetamol – 325 mg
• Serratiopeptidase – 15 mg

Mechanism of Action

• Aceclofenac: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by blocking COX-2 enzyme, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol: Acts centrally to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis in the brain, offering antipyretic and mild analgesic effects.
• Serratiopeptidase: A proteolytic enzyme that reduces inflammatory edema, facilitates tissue repair, and enhances antibiotic penetration at the site of infection or inflammation.
