UA DOL-AP Tablet is a highly effective analgesic and antipyretic combination that provides fast relief from pain and inflammation. It is formulated with Aceclofenac (100 mg) and Paracetamol (650 mg) — two well-established agents known for their synergistic action in controlling pain, reducing fever, and improving patient comfort.
Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Aceclofenac – 100 mg
- Paracetamol – 650 mg

Mechanism of Action:

Indications:
UA DOL-AP Tablets are indicated for the management of:

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs

- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- Pregnancy & lactation (use with medical advice)
Adverse Effects:
Generally well tolerated. Occasionally may cause:
- Gastric discomfort or acidity
